The electrochemical approach potentially has many advantages over traditional chemical methods and is promising for the mass production of graphene .Compared to mechanical exfoliation, molecular assembly and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) methods, the electrochemical approach (a type of wet chemical method) can have a lower cost for mass production (see Fig. 1).
